The artist lives in an area that has been affected by two major natural disasters in the past year. When the world we live in is full of uncertainty, where do we turn? What can we do to give ourselves hope and change for the better? This work is the search for the divine, the vital aspects of daily life. The search for beauty in the small and insignificant and unappreciated things we encounter every day. The artist hopes her work exudes a sense of calm.
